About this Site

This site started as a hobby project way back in 1996 - just because at that time there was no info available about Ezio. I have just returned home from a gig (in Cologne, that was). And the music just would not leave my head.

At that time I just put together what I found out about Ezio and his music, added lyrics from the first album (which I bought at that gig), tanscribed some radio interviews and basically uploaded the pages to a free account at "geocities".

After a couple of months, I found out that I was not alone - more and more fans found this site and started to send E-Mail. Many have helped with transcribing some songs (thanks to Claudia and Franziska!) or contributing texts or photos.

Then, after one gig, I met Ezio himself and he said that a friend of his had introduced him to "that internet thing" and they entered his name into a search engine and found my site. He said, this was "incredible".

In the meantime he has declared this site to be the “Official” Website. Thanks!

Relaunch 2003

A great part of the credits go to Sven Michel (www.dreinull.de) for the design and for digging deep into the mysteries of "Flash" and to Bastian Feder for helping me with the programming. I cannot thank them enough for their support.

Thanks to Mr. Will, Phil Branon, Tom Geisbüsch, Lutz Zimmermann, Rainer Molz, Matthias Ketz and Wolfgang Höhne for contributing pictures they took on various gigs.

As you might have noticed, this relaunched site is far from being complete. There is a lot of things to be done and there will be a lot of people to be thanked for.
